Does your ad qualify for "free relist" on eBay?

If your item doesn't sell the first time around, you may be able to relist it without having to pay a second insertion fee to eBay. Your ad may qualify for "free relist" on eBay under the following conditions:

• The original auction did not end in a sale
• The relisted auction does end in a sale
• The listing is not for a Dutch auction
• The ad is relisted within 30 days of the original (unsuccessful) auction's close
• You have not already used the free relist privilege for this ad

Be sure to check with eBay directly for the most current list of "free relist" eligibility requirements… and remember, eBay's "free relist" is free only if your item sells the second time around. If your item sells, eBay will reimburse its listing fee for the second auction – otherwise, you'll have to pay that second insertion fee.

How can I edit a copy of the listing I have set up for Auto Relist?

Currently, you cannot edit the listings you have set up for Auto Relist. You can edit these listings directly at eBay. Make sure you follow eBay's rules in order to qualify for a relist refund.

Will my Auto Relisted listings show up on eBay immediately?

Even though we process the listing(s) you have selected for Auto Relist immediately, it may take time to actually submit them to eBay. For live listings, your items will show up on eBay several minutes after they close unsuccessfully on the marketplace. For closed listings, your items will show up several minutes after we process them.

How can I see the status of my Auto Relisted listings?

To see the status, go to View Counters and look under the "Optional Services" column. If you do not see the "Optional Services" column, then click on the Override Cookies & Preferences link and click on the Display Opt Services checkbox. Now click View Counters and you will see the "Optional Services" column on your View Counters page.

What is your refund policy?

If a listing you have set up for Auto Relist or Post Later fails at the marketplace for whatever reason, you are not charged for that listing. If you have any further questions, please contact us at support@honesty.com

Can I set up my closed items for Auto Relist?

Yes. Go to View Counters. Click on the Override Cookies & Prefrences link, then select '30 days' from the Auction History pull-down and click View Counters. You will now see all of your listings. Select the listings you want to set up for Auto Relist by clicking on the checkbox to the left of each listing. Now select the Auto Relist checkbox from the New! Optional Services Box and click Submit.

Can I use Auto Relist if I had set up my listing for a Reserve price and I want the relisted item to have a Reserve price?

Yes, but only through Honesty's One Step Lister. Otherwise, we cannot process your other listing(s) with a Reserve price because eBay will strip out the Reserve price when the relisted item goes live. To protect you from selling an item for below your Reserve price, we will not submit any listing(s) that previously had a Reserve price.

How can I see the listings I have set up for Auto Relist?

Go to View Counters. If you do not see the column to the far right called, "Optional Services," then click on the Override Cookies & Preferences link. Select '30 days' from the Auction History pull-down and click on the Display Opt Services checkbox. Now click on View Counters. You will now see all of your listing. The "Optional Services" column will show you which Honesty Services you have set up for each listing.
