customized Honesty Reminder email! I know sellers who have reduced

reminders.

Resist the temptation to "clean house" until you're sure that

It's easy to take an action for multiple sales at once
(such as sending a Reminder email, or recording payment). Just go to
your View Post-Sale page and click a column header to sort your sales –
then click to Select those sales and choose an action button from the
toolbar.

FEEDBACK!
Once you've shipped an item, just check to Record
Shipped for that sale. In a few days, come back to your View Post-Sale
page, sort to identify all your "shipped" sales, and shoot an email to
those happy buyers to ask for feedback! Then archive those sales so you
can focus just on the auctions that still need your attention.

RECORDS!
Honesty makes it easy to keep your customer and
financial records up to date. Just export your data into a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet – you'll always have the information you need to
create a customer database or to placate a stern IRS auditor!
